This policy explains our returns, cancellations, and refund process for online and in-clinic services.
1️⃣ Consultation Services
🔹 Refund Eligibility

Once a consultation (online or offline) has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable.

Consultation fees cover the time, expertise, and personalized evaluation provided by Dr. Shiv Gupta.

Refunds are not applicable for dissatisfaction with prescribed remedies or expected results, as every case varies in response to treatment.
🔹 Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the booked slot without extra charges.

If you miss or cancel a confirmed appointment without notice, the booking amount will be forfeited.

In case of emergencies, please contact our support team for possible rescheduling assistance.
2️⃣ Family Wellness & Subscription Plans
For ongoing or monthly plans such as the Family Wellness Package or preventive care programs:

You may cancel your renewal before the next billing date.

No refund will be provided for the current month’s active plan, once services have begun.

If you face technical issues with auto-renewal, please contact us for immediate resolution.
3️⃣ Digital Products (Notes, PDFs, Quizzes, Study Material)

All downloadable content (study notes, e-guides, PDFs, or online materials) are non-returnable and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

In case of duplicate payments or download errors, please notify us within 48 hours at

4️⃣ Technical or Payment Issues
If a technical issue (such as double payment, failed transaction, or booking not confirmed after payment) occurs:

Contact our support within 48 hours with transaction details.

Once verified, the duplicate transaction will be refunded within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, Stripe, or PayPal, and refunds (if applicable) will follow their standard processing timelines.
5️⃣ No-Show Policy
If a patient fails to attend a scheduled consultation (in-clinic or online) without notice:

The consultation will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.

Rebooking requires a new payment.
6️⃣ Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be issued only under rare cases such as:

Duplicate payment due to technical error

Incorrect booking due to system malfunction
All refund decisions will be made at the discretion of The Gupta Homeopathy management.
